LONESOME MOONLIGHT

Lonesome Moonlight  brings together an enjoyable assortment of string music via four musicians with an equally eclectic background. Band members initially connected through the Bluegrass Club of Long Island. Although the goal was to play some serious bluegrass music, their repertoire has expanded into a whole lot more. Lonesome Moonlight discovered that they have a passion for a variety of music which includes classic rock, swing jazz, traditional fiddle tunes, blues, and a touch of western swing. The band prides themselves on changing on a dime from songs like I've Just Seen a Face to Lady be Good to Dear Old Dixie. They will work up a unique arrangement of anything they find interesting. They have performed at a numerous events, festivals and concert series during the past seven years. Lonesome Moonlight¹s versatility allows them to play to strict bluegrass audiences, as well as other venues where a variety of music is preferred. Their memorable performances always include something enjoyable for everyone.
